Neesha’s Notes

If you're focused on regenerative ag in California, non-toxic communities, or systems change in the agriculture sector, it may be worthwhile to look at the comprehensive list of their grantees, and decide if it's a good fit for you.

  • Grantee California Farmlink invests in the prosperity of farmers and ranchers through lending, education, and access to land.

  • Grantee As You Sow promotes environmental and social corporate responsibility through shareholder advocacy, coalition building, and innovative legal strategies.

FOR GRANTMAKERS

The Clarence E. Heller Charitable Foundation has done a great job funding regenerative agriculture education, research, and practice in California. However, $20,000 - $100,000 grants will not take us the distance at the global level. Bigger philanthropic bets are called for — and bold visionary leadership by those willing to go the distance.
